Hi, Krystal here.  I'm a dancer, climber, avid traveler, and yoga and mindfulness practitioner of 20 years.  I had made a habit of destroying my body, especially my knees and feet in very creative ways along the way.  On my journey through recovery, I've found that the healing process can be actually simpler than I imagined, and also that healing the physical body is only just the beginning. 

Feeling very grateful and inspired to help others feel good, my progress compelled me to create a workshop through which I can share my experience with others who may also benefit.  Hence my latest passion project--Grounding through Movement.

Mission

My mission is to create something meaningful. 

I enjoy packaging easily digestible workshops to help others release and to find the spaciousness that already exists inside one's self.  My intention is to serve as a guide, leading you back into your own body, to find power in your every step.
